I was at a beach the other day where there were stones and rocks instead of sand and it was uncomfortable to sit or lie using my towel. What about a beach towel that has a thin inflatable area inside. When inflated it provides a soft cushion for such situations.

One of the things I dream of doing when I get tired spending many hours working in front of the computer is to go to the beach, lie down, stick my hands in the sand and stay there for hours listening to the sound of waves coming from the sea. It's amazingly relaxing. I asked some colleagues what they think about joining me for half an hour after work and some of them liked the idea so we are trying it together next weekend. After we relax, we can talk and have a few drinks by the beach or if we do it late in the evening maybe throw a party. (read more)

Did you read on the news that a British couple who had sex on a public beach in Dubai was arrested, charged and found guilty for having illicit relations and showing public indecency? They got fined $367 for it and escaped jail. There you go. The fine sets minimum price for the permit. It will start at $367 and you'll add to it the price for escaping jail. I bet the market for such permits to foreigners and locals is huge in the Middle East. It can also become very lucrative. They only thing is to choose beaches that Somali pirates don't use. Otherwise your permit won't help you escape the pirates joining your act And holding you hostage for ransom!

I've read this story about 40 containers that were washed ashore near Devon, England from a stricken cargo ship and I found it worth sharing. In some of these containers were a lot of expensive, ready to ride BMW motorcycles! The interesting part is that according to international maritime law it is perfectly legal to salvage property from a ship wreckage. So people stormed to the beach before the police arrived and drove off on 50 free new BMW motorbikes!!! Police are now trying to get them back but so far it seems the "thieves" had every right to clean the beach. (read more)

I had the most memorable evening swim complemented by a very touching and beautiful gesture. A love note on the beach meant for me.

I arrived at the beach on a beautiful sunset around 7:20pm. The place was empty and calm. I could only see two girls a few meters to my right lying on the beach facing the sunset and apparently taking looks at me as I made my way into the water. (read more)

What if women's boobs could be adjusted by remote control? Inflate/deflate depending on the situation. Wanna run? Deflate them. A trip to the beach or out on an important date? Inflate! Very practical idea to make women's boobs the right size for every occasion.

Sunscreen in open area swimming pools is usually banned because the oil or cream will leak into the water. So what about a new type of water-repellent sun-screen that sticks to the skin and never leaks into the water? When you think about how much chemical sun-screen is leaked into sea water every year from people that go to the beach to swim, you then appreciate its eco-friendly use outside the swimming pool as well (read more)

When you want to invest in a good pair of sunglasses, I wonder why there's no option to try them on for a week and see how they fit on your face before you buy them. Sometimes you try the pair in the shop and it looks good but unless you wear it for a while you may miss certain shortcomings in their design and that can be quite annoying if they are expensive to buy. I don't like it, for example, when the frame is designed in such a way that I can't easily put it on top of my head as it gets caught in my hair. That's usually the case when I'm on the beach and my hair's wet. It's also quite annoying when the frame sits heavy on the nose and leaves a mark on it. (read more)

I was thinking lately about pollution and the tons of rubbish that are left out of the dumbs, mainly because we are soooooo insensitive and inconsiderate...Anyway...the only solution, because even if we become environmentally sensitive and protect nature of our rubbish, it'd STILL be too much to handle...So, I thought of a better world...A dream world...A world where we could ALL throw our garbage out of the windows or the balconies without getting afraid of messing up other people's balconies, clothes or heads! And all this because the garbage would...not fall down...but instead they would lead to the space!!! Can you imagine if there was a way to do this???How wonderful would be to take a walk on the beach,the park, the woods without looking at rubbish??? (read more)
