I am interested in your opinion on this. If Hillary wins, she could use Obama in her cabinet, possibly as Secretary of State or at the Department of Energy to oversee the transition to a green economy. If Obama wins, however, I don't think there is much room to use Hillary. Their positions on health care and foreign policy in Iraq are different. Which do you think is more likely to happen? Don't get me wrong. I support Obama. My whole point is based on a very simple question.
Is Bush who's well hated among the world wasn't the president for the last 8 years, do you think Obama would have won McCain so easily?
My question isn't finished yet. IF Obama was white and Bush wasn't the president for the last 8 years what do you think the result would be? (read more)

A lot of people believe that US foreign policy has softened up because Obama is in charge. It's true that Obama is someone who actually believes in dialogue and diplomacy. But I don't think the reason why US foreign policy softened up is because of Obama. It's rather because the US has more pressing problems to deal with domestically. (read more)

My impression is that Obama doesn't believe in war and wants to stir the world in that direction. That's not to say he doesn't believe in the use of force to go after terrorists in Pakistan. From his speeches and interviews, however, I rarely get the impression that in the back of his mind he seriously contemplates an attack on Iran or North Korea as the right policy, even if forced into that situation. Excluding another direct attack on America, I have the feeling Obama might be the first President to end his term(s) without presiding over a war.

When Bush was in office, Republicans claimed they were doing good, but now that Obama is in office they claim they are doing good still but Obama has tanked the economy. What's going on?
The way to bridge this seeming contradiction is by looking at it this way. The Republicans may now be saying they are doing good still while Obama is in office but few people believe them anymore and their popularity is not going up as a result of their claims. (read more)

I don't care where Your pollitics lie, it's obvious Obama should Not be killed. But should a poll on Facebook asking if Obama Should be killed, be killed? Secret Service asked Facebook to take the poll down and Facebook complied saying the content was inappropriate. Bad taste disgusts me but censorship Offends me. Killing Obama is a crime. Killing a poll is apolling. Welcome to the new era of Secret Service Pollitics. Please vote on Thispoll before Secret Service kills it or Obama's life will be in Grave danger...

Castro praises Obama in Cuba's state-run newspaper - Granma (lol) - for his efforts on health care reform. Uh-oh!! I can hear the drums already...
Why can't foreign leaders' advisers advise the eggheads to heap praise on Obama After the reform has passed? Castro's cheeks are so rosy. Why not? If his doctors have him on advanced Republican voice therapy listening day and night to GOParrots and foxes gargling on Obama's "Socialized Medicine", they've just invented the elixir of life and hope for the incurably socialist. Ever wondered how Castro's spirits are so high and his health so vindicated? Now you know. I'm afraid some pig at the CIA might have to pull the plug on this 81-year-old Granma. Just shut up morons. If you like Obama so much, follow what he did with Iran. Do Not Disturb!!

Or have an iPhone. Marketing disaster or marketing opportunity? He's told the more important he becomes in the world the more he can't have it. What does that say for everyone else that can have it? Here's how to spin it. HE has Everything. Except one thing. BLACKberry. Yes YOU can! If I was Blackberry I would buy it back from Obama and auction it on eBay :D (read more)

While on one hand Obama wants to close down the prison in Quantanamo he also wants to focus efforts on catching Bin Laden. If Bin Laden is caught do you think it's better to just kill him or try him before executing him by placing him in a tall building and crashing a plane into it? Bin Laden is not the leader of an independent country like Saddam was. He has a wider religious appeal all over the Muslim world. My sense is to better kill him without trying him.
