Not exactly bring him or her physically. Install touch screen monitors next to gym equipment that are wirelessly connected to the internet. Skype with your personal trainer to show you how to perform the exercises and encourage you to keep going. Good or famous instructors can charge you for their time. Or select from a free range of classes, tips and techniques made by other instructors.

Any style at Kung Fu (Wushu, Shaolin, Wing Chun etc) is the origin of the martial arts most people know such as Karate, TKD, Kick Boxing.
Which one do you think is the most effective of all in a tournament and in real life?
Of course I would go with Kung Fu which is the mother of all martial arts (read more)

i would like to know what kind of energy bars and drinks federer and nadal used yesterday at the australia open final. the stuff that keeps them going during long and intense games. unfortunately the camera never zoomed in close enough to get a good look at it. don't pro athletes have sponsors for everything, including energy drinks? tennis rackets, shoes, clothes, bags, towels, they all get close ups in order to advertise the sponsors but for some reason that's not the case with the energy drinks or food. i wonder why...on a totally different note, what if the powerbars they eat came in the shape of the medal??

I read on the news that the creators of Earthrace, a trimaran that runs on bio-fuel such as soybeans, veggie oil or animal fat did liposuction and contributed 10 litters of their human fat to their next journey. The amount is enough for 15 kilometers of travel. If human fat can power bio-fuel engines, what do liposuction centers do with the fat they extract every day? Do they sell it? Seriously, does anybody know?

What if shoes had (air pockets) that were filled with baking soda or some sort of athletic foot deodorizer/antiperspirant? I am always shaking foot powder on my feet before working out. It be nice if it were built into the shoe? Also did you know soaking your feet in tea helps get rid of foot odor?

A player and his caddie are on the golf course for 4.5 hours a day, of which 1 hour is spent discussing shot strategy, club selection and the speed of the greens. Golfers who have great caddies improve their own position. I think it would be a great idea for all fans of the game to allow caddies to wear microphones on the course so that viewers can eavesdrop on conversations between the caddie and the player and gain greater insight of the game.

The passsepartout key opens all the doors in a hotel. What about having 1 master golf club that you can use to make all the shots in golf? The shaft can be adjustable to the height of the person using it and the wood, iron and putter endings can be replaced depending on the shot. To make them easily replaceable yet firm and tightly adjusted to the shaft, magnet can be used. I think this would be great for beginners who do not need the whole 14 club set. It will also be easy and light to carry.
