Since I started watching F1 races with my boyfriend I always had this question and no one has yet to give me a convincing answer. Why can't the tracks be covered with roofs to make them rain proof? They can be made of glass or transparent plastic material to facilitate TV broadcasting from all angles and heights. It can help reduce accidents, allow the cars to run the fastest they can on dry surface and the races don't have to be suspended when the tracks are flooded with torrential rain. People tell me it's difficult to construct or the cost is too high. hey guys, to start with F1 is a multi-billion dollar industry and second what's so difficult engineering-wise about setting up a roof?? It's not building the Parthenon or the Pyramids. It must be something else. Can anyone here answer this? |

Have you ever thought to challenge the wisdom of relying on one president as the final authority on all matters of government? Why not vote for as many different presidents responsible for different policy areas as there are cabinet members? It is more democratic, more engaging and can be more efficient if authority and decision-making is clearly delineated! What is your opinion? |

Why buy new shoes when you can replace by yourself the worn-out parts or those that need fixing? Why make and sell shoes as one-piece and not sell them as separate pieces easily put together by anyone? For example, with some cars you can order them online and design them by yourself, what if we could do the same for shoes, ie change colors, laces, plastic or leather parts, side parts etc shops would have the prototypes to measure your shoe size and mass custom-made orders of separate pieces taken online |
